In 1920 in Tiffin, Ohio, Fred and Ethel Ballreich started their homemade potato chip operation using a copper kettle heated with wood scraps. They produced 14 pounds per day of their famous potato chips.
Following in that tradition of innovation, we present the first flavored thin chip in the Ballreich’s storied history.
